Result’s Estate Agents is new approach to estate agency. Run by three long-time friends and colleagues; Richard Panter, Neill Maycock and Andrew Leyland. All are family men with children and have had very successful careers within the industry with over 40 years combined experience.
Richard, (33) who has been an estate agent for over 13 years working within the Kettering, Rothwell, Desborough and surrounding areas, still prides himself on keeping his vendors fully updated and is always on hand to help and give good advice where he can. Also known locally by many for his amateur football and successful cricketing career, he still plays for Rothwell Town 1st eleven’s and in Division One of the Northants County league. With vast local knowledge, a refreshingly human approach and an expert in market appraisals and the valuing arena, Richard is best placed to give you honest advice in all areas.
Neill, (38) who has a passion for photography, started his working career as a fully qualified carpenter and fell into estate agency by accident some nine and a half years ago and is still very passionate about it now. Again, working locally in Kettering, Burton Latimer, Rothwell and the surrounding areas, he knows that communication is the most important factor to any business whether it is to our clients or prospective buyers. Neill commented; “A lot of hard work and thought has gone into setting up our business and we are extremely keen to make a good impression and work very hard to get the right results for people."
Andrew, (37) has been a successful estate agent for over 17 years in the Kettering, Corby, Rothwell, Desborough and surrounding areas. Andrew joined Results as a director in 2009. Andrew said; “I pride myself in giving sound and genuine advice to all buyers and sellers alike and I am proud to be part of this new and exciting agency."
The three directors work well together, motivating each other and discussing ideas to improve their services, finding new angles and approaches to the ever changing climate we live in today. Neill said; “We want to work with people, not just dictate to them and will be approachable and helpful, at all times."

Results Estate Agents are fully aware, due to current market conditions, they they are not going to be selling the same volume of houses they were one to two years ago. But people still want to and will have to move home.
